Salmon Dish

Salmon

  • Salmon 12 oz
  • Soy Sauce 1/2 cup
  • Balsamic Vinager 1/2 cups
  • Olive Oil 1/4 cup
  • Garlic 2 cloves, minced
  • Lemon to taste

Garlic Paprika

  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Garlic Powder 1 tsp
  • Onion Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper to taste

Green Beans

  • Grean Beans 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Butter 1 tsp

Brown Rice

  • Brown Rice 1 cup
  • Water 2 cups
  • Bay Leaves 2
  • Bay Leaves 2
  • Salt For Taste
  • Lime Juice 2 tbsp
  • Cilantro 1/2 cup, chopped










Fill a pan with enough water to submerge a fillet. Bring the water to a simmer.




Add salt, peppercorns, sliced lemon, and thyme to water.




Add salmon, cover the pan, and cook for 20 minutes.




Remove salmon from pan, and season with salt, pepper, and fresh lemon.
